The company specialized in industrial estates, logistics parks, utilities, infrastructure, and property development projects across Thailand, particularly in the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC). Established in 1988, Hemaraj played a significant role in attracting international investment and supporting industrial growth. The company was also involved in selected residential developments, including luxury projects such as The Park Chidlom.
